It...I eat 1 C of food at each meal then I stop. It's exactly as LBG says, just because I can eat more, doesn't mean I should or even want to. I have my dietary scale right by where I serve my food and make sure I have 4 oz of protein on the plate then 1/2C of veggies. I try to avoid starches. My doc has been trying to drill in my head that the band is NOT supposed to stop you from eating, just make you feel satisified and stay satisfied with less. I'm working on wrapping my mind around that. <br /><br />Also, right on about fill levels! I didn't even know what size my band was until my last appt and then I didn't know how much was in it.
