I would track every once in awhile to make sure I was on track, but since my restriction was good and I was losing consistently, I stopped writing things down.

Eventually I hit my first goal - 100 lbs. down. I weighed 180 so I still wanted to lose a bit more, but my weight loss really slowed. After Christmas I started logging again and started drinking protein shakes again. Now I'm losing a bit but slowly.

I would say that until you get good restriction, it is probably a good idea.Amanda Kiskahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08035180757671095192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5792745211665665256.post-15426835051953244172011-01-21T16:27:51.993-05:002011-01-21T16:27:51.993-05:00Soft foods and jeans that fit! That is a great success.

Right now I am very uncomfortable sitting in too tight jeans and I'm a little bit green with envy (and because I can't breathe).

I am so glad for you. You are doing great and we are cheering you on. Way to go Mandy!!!
LaurelLaurelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17219378047389350161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5792745211665665256.post-61245825254930125552011-01-21T15:25:36.234-05:002011-01-21T15:25:36.234-05:00Congrats on soft foods - yay!
